TDU Shipping Policy

We Know you will love our products! But if for some reason plans change or installation issues arise you have a few options for returns:

Un-opened and un-used product: If your TDU product is un opened, it can be returned for a Full product refund Less initial shipping Freight charges (from TDU to you and back to TDU) 

** Please note we would be happy to assist you in scheduling the return shipping – Contact us and we can give you a quote for freight- (or you can schedule something on your own). 

With authorization from you via email, we will arrange the freight, and upon its return- will refund your initial purchase less freight to you and returning freight to us. 

Please email or call in to receive freight quotes and to arrange the return of our products.  

**Credits will be posted within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Open Box but un-used:  In the event you opened the packaging but opted not to install the product, the same applies to the un-opened product policy, with an additional 10% restocking fee. 

The refund will be less the freight and 10% of the original purchase price.

Used or installed product:  If for some reason you just don’t love having fun on our products, we recommend selling your TDU system to your neighbor so your kids can still enjoy using it!  UNFORTUNATELY, we cannot offer returns if the product has been installed and used.
