PLEASE NOTE: All warranties begin at the DATE OF PURCHASE and only the original owner is covered under these terms.

LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

All warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase. Trampolines Down Under’s obligation under this Warranty is limited to repairing, replacing or providing store credit only, at Trampolines Down Under’s discretion. All products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by Trampolines Down Under at its corporate location and accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase (photocopy of the original store receipt, indicating the date of purchase or order confirmation e-mail sent by Trampolines Down Under at the moment of purchase). All freight and handling fees are the responsibility of the consumer to pay, both to and from Trampolines Down Under’s corporate location. All warranty claims must be preauthorized by a Trampolines Down Under agent and case number must be obtained. LIMITED WARRANTY DEFINITION:

We will repair or replace the defective part ONCE during the lifetime of the trampoline.  After the part is repaired or replaced, that part will no longer be under warranty.  Repairing or replacing the part will be at the discretion of the manufacturer.  Customer will be responsible for a nominal handling fee, plus all shipping charges to and from Trampolines Down Under’s corporate location.

This warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, products used for commercial or rental purposes, or repairs not approved by a Trampolines Down Under authorized agent. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, weathering, any issues resulting from failure to follow directions, improper installation, improper maintenance, or acts of nature (such as damage caused by wind, lightning, snow, water, fire, ice, fireworks fallout or melted).

PRO-RATED WARRANTY DEFINITION: Some of our products fall under a pro-rated warranty, where if an item fails before the end of the warranty period, the buyer may incur some of the cost of repair or replacement based off the age of the product at time of failure.

FRAME AND SPRINGS:  10 Year Warranty on all Trampoline’s Down under frames and springs. warranty covers only the metal frame of the trampoline against any abnormalities, not including weather damage, external damage, damage due to overloading and all other mentions of non-warranty cover. Small surface rust no larger than 2cm are not covered. Frame is covered against manufacture defects and workmanship only. Although Trampolines Down Under products are fully galvanized and powder coated, Trampolines Down Under does not warranty against rust or corrosion, as we cannot control various weather conditions. Some areas may have higher air salt content, higher humidity, heavier rain and heavier snow. It is the customers responsibility to sand and paint the rusted part with rust-resistant paint, and/or perform regular maintenance to prolong the life of their trampoline. In the event a product needs replacement, the customer will be responsible for a nominal handling fee, plus all shipping charges to and from the Trampolines Down Under’s corporate location.

JUMPING MAT: 3-year Jumping mat pro-rated warranty against manufacture defects only. 

Due to the large size of the mat being folded heavily during the shipping process, it is impossible to have a perfect unblemished mat. Creases, scuffs, loose thread blemishes, minor thread separations can occur.  In the event of this issue, we can offer a free mat kit to patch the affected area if it’s less than 2 inches.  Your warranty is still covered under these circumstances should it fail in the future.  We will not replace the mat for these minor imperfections.  

Sewing on the jumping mat including sun strip, tabs and backing for 2 years. Tears, fraying, and holes are not covered.   

SAFETY PADS3 Year vented safety pad pro-rated warranty against manufacture defects only. We do not cover against fading, as products left outside against outside elements can and will fade.  We suggest customers to treat spring pads with 303 Aerospace Protect or similar, to extend the life of the product.  Sewing and vinyl on safety pads against sun rot for 3 years. Tie downs and loops are excluded.  Sun fading is not covered.

SAFETY NET:  6 months Warranty covered against manufacture defects only. This warranty includes the mesh fabric and zippers. Does not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance, weather damage, misuse, incorrect assembly or normal wear and tear. Decorative foam sleeves for poles are not covered. Metal frame is covered for 5 years under the Frame and Springs warranty as described above in this policy.

RETAINNG WALL SYSTEM: LIFETIME warranty against manufacture defects on all TDU retaining wall products when installed properly, according to instructions. This warranty does not cover accidental damages during installation, damages due to improper installation or acts of God.

TRAMPOLINE COVER:  1 Year warranty covered against manufacturer defects only. We do not cover against fading, as products left outside against outside elements can and will fade.  Sun fading, discoloration, damages due to acts of God are not covered. 

LED Lights: The Company warrants that the Product shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If the Product is found to have a manufacturing defect within this period, the Company will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS -This Warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation of the Product. Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, or other weather-related events. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the Product. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear. Products not used in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.

No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by Trampolines Down Under. To determine the extent of the defect, Trampolines Down Under might require detailed photos. If photos cannot be sent, Trampolines Down Under will require the item be shipped to our corporate office where the defect will be assessed.

In the event the item is not deemed to be defective by our technical staff, the item will be returned at the cost of the customer. We will hold the non-defective item for a period of 30 days from receipt, at which time the item will be discarded as deemed appropriate by our staff. The customer will be contacted at regular intervals to be warned about the impending discard date.

Trampolines Down Under is not responsible or liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or other damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenue or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, cost of removal, installation or other consequential damages, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, the above limitation may not apply to you.

Furthermore, Trampolines Down Under does not provide nor imply any warranty or coverage for costs associated with injury due to the use of our product. Please use the product in accordance with the provided manuals, which are also available online. The absence of a manual not included with a shipment does not void this warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to seek out information in connection with safe use of their product.

The warranty extended hereunder is in lieu of all other warranties and Trampolines Down Under specifically disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose is limited in its scope and duration to the terms set forth herein. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts. Accordingly, the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
